- We focus on a respectful, honest, and communicative relationship with each client
- We are steadfast in our ethics and always value quality in everything we do
- We make this normally nerve-wracking process as stress-free as possible for you!
Jeramie Beechler / President / Owner
I have 18 years of experience in construction, real estate, production management, and sales, and I’ve learned the value of being an entrepreneur and the importance of customer relations through the wide variety of occupations that I’ve been fortunate to immerse myself in. I take great pride in my work and I respect all my clients as if they were family and friends because I know how important it is for you to trust me, my business practices, and my craftsmanship.
Having worked in all areas of roofing, as a laborer, a salesperson, in project management, and now as a business owner, I have a very strong working knowledge of and foundation in construction. From as far back as I can remember, my father has been a commercial roofing supervisor and he taught me the importance of credibility and hard work in the construction business (and life in general!).
I was educated at Central Michigan University where I was also an enthusiastic athlete (I wrestled for three years in college and 10 years before that). The sport taught me discipline, dedication, and a passion for doing what you love, and I’ve brought this mentality from the mat to the office. I still follow wrestling and I love running to stay in shape!
You have my word that I will always treat your home as lovingly and respectfully as if it were my own. Feel free to email me if you have any questions, concerns or feedback: firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to hearing from you!
"Jeramie Beechler was pleasant, prompt, professional, courteous. He helped me navigate the ambiguities of an insurance claim for hail damage. Jeramie held my hand, took time to explain everything, had every answer, was clear and prompt. His crew did excellent work, too. I just couldn't have been in better hands."

Dan Logan / Vice President / Owner
Though I spent the first part of my career in software and web development, I’ve found that construction management shares a lot of the same business requirements that the software industry does. For example, you have to design a specification with the customer, put the right professionals in place to complete the project, and deliver that project—on time—to the customer.
Born in South Dakota, I grew up in Iowa, went to school at Western Illinois University, and spent my twenties in Los Angeles working in the software industry developing and managing software projects. I moved to the St. Louis area in 2012 and love living in this warm and welcoming city! I spend my free time traveling, going to concerts, fishing, and spending time with my family. I currently reside in Tower Grove with my dog, Winston.
I believe in an open dialogue with customers and transparency throughout the entire transaction. Shoot me an email with any questions you have—I’m always happy to help! email@example.com

Signature Exteriors has done work on my home twice now. Each time has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. The work is top quality; the communication from the business is fast and courteous and their prices are very reasonable. This is the only company I will allow to touch my home. Dan, a VP of the company, is amazing to work with on projects. When he tells you something will get done, he means it and always follows through on his promises. I have had my fair share of issues with contractors in the past. It is refreshing to work with a company that gets the job done, and does it right.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Because sustainability is so important to Signature Exteriors, we are committed to reducing the enormous amount of landfill waste that is created by the construction industry.
We send old shingles to our shingle recycling facilities, grind them up, and reuse the material for asphalt repair products such as "cold patching" on streets in cold environments. In addition, we let our clients know how they can save money by using solar fans and sun tunnels rather than more expensive ventilation and lighting products.
